Return and Exchange policy FAQ
How do I return something?
Click the link below to login to your customer account with the email address that was used to place your order. When you have logged in, select the items that you want to return, enter a reason and note, and submit a return request.
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines. A refund will be issued when your returned items are received.
What items are returnable?
- Items delivered within the last 14 days
- Items that are unused and re-sellable condition
- Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable? The following items cannot be returned:
- Permanent jewelry from Spark Permanent Jewelry Bar
- Gift cards
- Items from our last chance sale bin
- Items that have already been exchanged
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for different sizes where applicable within 14 days of the original purchase delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you. Please note: items replaced in this manner are final sale.
What are the refund options?
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit in the form of a digital gift card
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
